TERRA ALPINA VOYAGE

Are you eager to cross borders again?

DSC09014.JPG

Just like alpine animals, who move freely between countries in the mountainous area. TERRA ALPINA Voyage stands for a cross-border journey. We combine organic grapes from European wine growing regions, which have all one thing in common: the alpine terroir.

Faces behind the project

TERRA ALPINA Voyage was initiated by Helena and Clemens Lageder. Our family has worked as winegrowers in Alto Adige, in the heart of the Dolomites, for almost 200 years and has always been fascinated by the alpine terroir.

This motivated us to discover other European regions, which are characterized by similar conditions and connect them into one wine. We don’t focus on political borders, but on the unifying landscape – the mountains. Both wines are organic certified.

Our labels

What do the two animals on the label, the lynx and the owl, mean? They move freely between countries and cross borders.

So does TERRA ALPINA. We do not focus on nationality, but on terroir. To capture this idea, Swiss illustrator Daniel Müller created the two labels. His humorous drawings tell the story of wanderlust.
